This may be random, but remember way back when when you made that logo for GameMax or whatever his name was?

Anyways, onto the review (can't believe I forgot to review this 0.o)

Graphics: They are very, very clean, and some of the best use of gradients I've seen (other than a certain WoW flash) and I loved the Asian character :D

Style: It's TooF, there's an Asian dude, what more can I ask for? :D

Sound: Celldweller is pretty damn good, and you really did a good job on the Asian dude. "You wan fassabowl?" xD

Violence: I laughed very hard when Asian dude got slammed in the head with the baseball.... softball... batball thingy.

Interactivity: Optional commentary, a TooF store/site, and a replay button. Good enough for me.

Humor: My score says it all.

Overal: TooF = WIN!

That was great, I really enjoyed it. You have a nice sense of humor :)
And you also appealed to the 13-year old audience by having blood and shit like that ^_^

Also, when you made Mario fade into other movements by tweening the alpha at some times, it looked really, really good.
