Sweet

It sounded a bit choppy with some instruments, and the main melody should have been a bit more... I dunno... strong. Don't take it from me, I really don't know that much about making music, I just love reviewing :D

This really got me pumped up and reminded me of the megaman X games.... goot times...

Nice work, but the fading ending could've had more pizzaz... I mean it was good and all but I just don't really like fading endings. (Mainly because in flash it is harder to loop ^_-)

Overall, nice piece of music, I really enjoy your work.

Oh yeah, the recommendation... I think this audio would be great for a megaman flash! lol.

LoneEagle responds:

Thanks for the review.

As mentioned in other responses to reviews, i am on the lookout for new samples, better sounds. Also, I need to use plugins lol. I haven't touched those really since i started making music.

I don't really think about looping for my songs. When they loop it's because i conceive them that way or because i simply don't know how to end a song.

Yes the main melody could have been beefed up some more but i wasn't thinking about that when i made that song.

So are you going to make that mega man flash? :D

great

This was really good, I liked the way each rythm sort of presented itself then sunk back into the background music. At teh point where it sounds like your stomach was growling, I really though my stomach was growling! lol.

Well put together, like almost all of your tracks. It sort of sounds like an intro song.

(I dont know if you've noticed but I try to point out where it would fit in a flash movie so others will use it.)

LoneEagle responds:

Lol, yeah that "growling" sound, that was my experimentation with sound effects. Talking about growling stomach makes me hungry.

(Yes i noticed the parenthesis, thanks alot for your suggestions. I hope people will use it.)

Thanks for reviewing.

Really good.

This was a very well put together song, in my mind I saw somebody getting his revenge after losing his close friend. It has a sort of grim determination to it. The reverse symbols also sounded very good, best I've heard them put to use. The only problem was it wasa bit repetitive, but I think it would make really good background music.
Nice job, I hope to see more from you.

LoneEagle responds:

This is actually quite funny to me...

GrumbleDuke talked about a dying soldier, you talk about revenge.
The title of my song " I see the Light " to me is something positive. A better futur, tomorrow will be better than today, the futur is bright. Hence the name of the song.

But everyone has his/her own interpretation of music and sees different elements/feelings trought it.
And i like it alot when people tell me what they see in my music.

You will see more from me eventually. I will be taking my time to make my next songs, and try to add more variations in my songs.

Thanks for your input and for the review.

Awe-filling

This was an awesome piece of music. I love how you use high paced beats, it really gets me pumped up! Wait thats not good, I'm supposed to be in bed! XD well this was great. Those short, close high beats keeps the tempo up there. This is great for you hockey players out there who have trouble getting pumped! By the way, what program do you use?

Dimrain47 responds:

FL Studio 5.

omg

Lately you have been directly ripping the tracks (Yes, I know how to do it to, don't we all?) and adding a techno beat to it. I am giving originality a 0 because that was pretty much all you did. Plus, I always go into Low mode because I hate the music :P

meh

I usually write reviews while I am listening, the intro is a bit sketchy and sounds.... different. I have never really heard this type of sound before, but in the middle it geats a bit repetitive. In the full DNB part, it sounds like random tracks put together. Honestly, I am sure suprised it (right now) has a 5/5. The end is what get's everyone to vote 5... but its a bit TOO mixed. It sounds as if you spliced a random track with 7 other completely unrelated tracks... sorry if this wasn't helpful :<

wow

I definately should not be the first to review this, but unfortunately Audio entries do not get the publicity they deserve. This was awesome, I soon found myself bobbing my head! Now, did you do the guitar sounds and drums yourself, or was it a keyboard synth or a loop thing like FL? This sounded great, and the drums really shined in this track. Once again, the fact that this song isn't higher than an audio track makes me frown. This definately deserves more than that.

Great one, once again I love your work!

NightMare5 responds:

Haha thx for the review man. Yeah the guitars were samples that I worked with alot and must of distorted them 5 different times. As with the drums, plus a reverb and compressor as well as some parametric equalization =D
Thanks agian for the review, really appreciate it!

=D

This was a great track, I found myself listening to it for a while. This sounds like frontpage material! I think it should be a loop on the audio portal page, it just sounds like it belongs there. The part about 5 measures in sounds like a good loop.. at least I think it's about 5 measures. Anyways, to sum it up, great audio track, Im suprised its not a gold track! The only problem is that it should have dropped into the part with the techno bit at the end much sooner, and should have had more depth. Other than that, great track, I like your work!

NightMare5 responds:

Thanks for the review, yeah it would be pretty cool to be on the audio portal front page but ParagonX9 has that place nicely filled out. =) As for your advice, yeah the last part was a bit out of no where and I agree I should have pieced it in better. Thanks alot for the review!

Btw, I think you might have ment 4 measures, i usually go with 4/4 time and 4 measure parts. =D

Awesome

This was completely filling. It was great, had very good likeness to the actual song, and the upbeat tempo later on really made it sound great. This was one of the more quality submissions, and on a side note you are very good at playing the guitar!
